Annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday March 5, 2011 Advance tickets available now
The annual Brownstown Exchange Club Pancake Breakfast will be held on Saturday, March 5 from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Brownstown Central High School cafeteria. The proceeds from this fundraiser along with the Round Barn Bike Ride in July, Watermelon 5K Run/Walk in September, and Ft. Vallonia Days 5K Run/Walk help support the clubs various youth and community service oriented programs.
Advance sale tickets are available from any club member as well at The Peoples Bank, Brownstown main office, Brownstown Greenhouse, The Jackson County Banner, and Family Drug. Advance sale tickets are $5 adults, and $3 under 12. Tickets at the door will be $6 adults and $3.50 under 12. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, link sausage, pancakes, juice, milk, and coffee. There are various toppings for the pancakes. The meals are eat in or carry out.
Annual Community Service Awards Dinner
The Exchange Club of Brownstown, Indiana is hosting the Second Annual Community Service Awards Dinner on Tuesday June 7th, 2011 at the W. R. Ewing Banquet Hall located at 1103-1105 W. Spring Street, Brownstown, IN 47220. A reception will begin at 6 PM and the dinner will start at 6:30 PM. Don Neal will act as the Master of Ceremonies and the Rev. Damon Soper of the Brownstown United Methodist Church will provide the Invocation.
